Kondavil Welfare Association will be celebrating its 20th year in 2017 !!!
To mark this occasion and to rehabilitate people affected by the war in Sri Lanka, we are organizing a 5k Run called ‘Yarl Devi Run’.
Each family can create your own team and connect to this 5k run page and raise your targeted amount.
The event will be held on 1st of July 2017.
We welcome you and your family to participate in the run and raise funds for rehabilitating our people affected by war.
Rehabilitation means
– help for education
– help for physically challenged people
– help for self-employment schemes
In Aug 2016, KWA spent £4,800 to build 6 individual toilet facilities for a number of physically challenged people in the war-torn region of Vanni.
We would like to continue participating in similar projects to rebuild the lives of people affected by war.
